We use your information to process and deliver your order, to email you order updates and delivery files, to respond when you contact support, and to operate and improve the service. We do not use your uploaded audio for anything other than fulfilling your order.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. Your use of PayPal at checkout is subject to PayPal's own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment and a reference code, not your payment credentials.

5. Storage, service providers, and retention

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run the service - including cloud hosting and file-storage providers, our email delivery provider, and PayPal for payments. These providers process data only on our behalf to keep the service running. Your files are stored securely, and download links we send are time-limited by design. We keep order records and files for as long as needed to deliver your order, handle follow-ups, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they may be deleted.
